- Our Frozen Mangoes are carefully selected from the finest mangoes, harvested from the orchards, and undergo meticulous processing before being quickly frozen. Once frozen, the mangoes are carefully packaged in airtight containers or bags to prevent freezer burn and preserve freshness. We also offer Fluidized IQF mangoes in cube shapes, where the fruit is cut into pieces and then passed through a fluidized bed of chilled air at a low temperature. This process quickly freezes the mango pieces individually, which prevents them from sticking together and maintains their natural shape, texture, and nutritional content.
